The Hot Cold Club

If you are in need of sauna and cold plunge therapy, this is the place for you. There’s a natural vibe, so it’s a little piece of nature in Lisbon. It’s all very chill, clean, and well-organized. The character is perfect for relaxing and boosting your creativity. Plus there’s a cafe with breakfast items served all day. I highly recommend.

The Hot Cold Club is easily one of my favorite spots for recovery and relaxation. Every employee I’ve met has been genuinely kind (special shout out to Adriana, Sara, and Lucas), which makes the whole experience welcoming from the start. Scheduling is simple, and the facility itself has a clean, tropical feel that immediately puts you at ease. The ice baths are thoughtfully designed and give you all the benefits you’d expect, while the saunas are consistently hot and spotless. I also appreciate the flexibility—you get a two-hour window, which is more than enough to enjoy everything without rushing. The extras like clean towels, water, electrolyte water, and stocked showers make a big difference. On top of that, the vibe is great: the clients are chill, and there are not one, not two, but three different spots where you can hang out, eat, or get some work done. Everything about this place is dialed in well/A+.

Amazing little place with great food and amazing coffee! Eggs were rich, flavourful and creamy, with delicious bread and veggies. The iced latte was spectacular, now I just need to try the sauna/ice baths for the full experience.

I love the ambience! Its very thought through and rich in details. Everything follows a funky red thread. The team is amazing. Everyone is always super kind and cool. They know what they are doing. Everyone should go check it out!

I love Hot Cold Club. Really cool concept, best way to start the day. Everything is really well executed: the menu, the branding, the merch, everything. The Mushroom Coffee is delicious, the scrambled eggs are great too. But I miss the kimchi fried beans from the old menu!

During my stay in Lisbon, I visited The Hot Cold Club to use their ice baths and saunas. The relaxed atmosphere and great vibe made me feel right at home, and I ended up coming twice. I enjoyed working from their cafe while I savoured their delicious food. I highly recommend The Hot Cold Club to anyone visiting Lisbon.

This is one of my favourite places to come in all of Lisbon! Not only is their sauna and ice bath experience amazing, but they also have incredible food and drink options for you to enjoy at their cafe! The vibes and energy in this space are unmatched

Absolutely gorgeous little café/bar and sauna with cold plunge. We seek out saunas wherever we travel in the world, and this one was a wonderful surprise! Located in a lovely neighborhood, this cheerful sauna is a great experience away from the hubbub of Lisbon. (Coffee and cocktails are delicious too!)
